Graham County is requesting proof of affiliation with a law enforcement agency prior to bidding on this law enforcement transport vehicle. Bidding requires formal documentation verifying the entity is a legitimate government or law enforcement entity and the bidder is an authorized agent.
- Authorization Letter: A letter on agency letterhead, signed by a high-ranking official (e.g., Chief, Sheriff, or Mayor), authorizing the individual to bid on behalf of the agency.
- Government-Issued Photo ID: The individual bidding must present a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., city/county/state employee ID, badge ID, etc.) to verify their identity.
