Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction.
Sales Tax: Town of Eagar may charge sales tax of 9.1% which will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify Buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) within 10 business days. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick-up or the item will not be released to you.
Town of Eagar may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding. Any auction item not picked up 10 days from auction closing will be subject to a $15.00 per day storage fee, payable to the Town of Eagar.
Pick-up hours are Monday thru Thursday 7am to 3:30pm. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item. Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of packing and/or shipping of any item(s) if necessary.
