The equipment will be sold, if at all, to the responsive bidder offering the highest price for the equipment described in this notice and on the auction site listing. The Town of Natick reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to dispose of the equipment through a negotiated sale, provided that the negotiated sale price is higher than the highest bid received from a responsive bidder.

“The undersigned certifies, under penalties of perjury, that its Bid has been made and submitted in good faith and without collusion or fraud with any other person. As used in this certification, the word “person” shall mean any natural person, business, partnership, corporation, union, committee, club or other organization, entity, or group of individuals.”
