Pick-up location will be the District Office, located at 175 Avon Belden Rd., Avon Lake, OH 44012. The parking lot for the District Office is the U-shaped driveway off of Avon Belden Rd. (Rt. 83) - the entrance reads "Avon Lake School" and has a decorative archway.
**Be advised that all items listed on this site have been previously used and may contain defects. Also be advised that the buyer is solely responsible for ALL loading, shipping, transporting, coordinating payments and pick-ups with the district within the proper time frame, no exceptions, terms and conditions are strictly enforced. Please bring sufficient equipment, tools, and manpower to assist with the removal of your asset. The district does not assist with loading. In the event of a third party (non-buyer listed) picking up your items on your behalf, please send an email (include in the email a copy of your ID) giving your consent and authorization to allow the third party to remove your items from the premises on your behalf.
