Condition: GOOD
Items absolutely must be picked up by May 29. Preview is available strictly by appointment only.
 
Bidding is for Randell cafeteria serving  equipment. 
-All units light green and stainless
-All units on casters
-All units 35" height
-Several matching units in other auctions.
-Items on and in units is not included.
 
Buffet-style worktop with enclosed upper shelf.
Model: Ran ST4M Buffet Style Worktop Unit, enclosed base.
 
Solid tray slide with drop down brackets.
Mirror of matching unit available in other auction.
 
48" x 30" x" 35", shelf adds 18" of height, tray slid adds 10.5" of depth.  

Viewing & Removal Terms:

  • Inspection: Preview is available strictly by appointment only.

  • Removal Window: Standard pickup is scheduled for May 20 through May 29.

  • Early Pickup: Arrangements for removal prior to May 20 may be accommodated upon request.

  • Final Deadline: All items must be removed by the close of business on May 29. Failure to collect your item by this date will result in immediate forfeiture without refund. Items absolutely must be picked up by May 29. 

  • Pick up location is Stillwater, Oklahoma. Address will be given at the close of auction.

Viewing of Auction items by appointment only.

Bid Deposits: Stillwater Public Schools may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers.

Paymac handles all payments for Stillwater Public Schools.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of the award of the winning bid.

Stillwater Public Schools may charge sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding.

Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Public Surplus will notify the buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for the removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of the award of the winning bid. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or the Stillwater Public Schools will not release the item to you.

Pick-up hours are by appointment only. The successful bidder will be responsible for the packing, loading, and transporting of any item(s), if necessary.
