- FRYER CAPACITY: The Ikon IGF-35/40 is a commercial deep fryer with a 35 - 40 lb. oil capacity.
 - TUBE HEAT EXCHANGE: This unit has a tube heat exchange that incorporates fast temperature recovery.
 - EASY TO CLEAN: The fry tanks are stainless steel, and are pressure blasted to give them a smooth finish and make them easy-to-clean.
 - STAINLESS STEEL CONSTRUCTION: Both the front and door are stainless steel, and the sides are made of galvanized steel.
 - DRAINAGE: For an efficient full drainage the drain valve for this unit is full port and 1.25" in diameter. There are three tube burners, each 30,000 BTUs.
