 Items must be picked up within 10 business days of winning notice.

All items are sold “as is” and “with any faults, if any”. CSD OFFERS NO GAURANTEES OR WARRANTIES. All sales are final. We do not inspect every item to see if it works or the current condition it is in.

The purchaser agrees not to reintroduce and use the equipment inside district facilities. There is no district software or hardware technical support available for this equipment. Canyons School District surplus and technology help desk will not be able to address your problems, please call a computer repair shop if you have a problem.

Viewing of Auction items by appointment only.

PayMac handles "ALL PAYMENTS" for the Canyons School District. Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction.

Canyons School District may charge sales tax. The buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

Buyers Premium: A 8.5% Buyer Premium shall be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.

Bid Deposits: The Canyons School District may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.

Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item.
