[ View/Ask ]This vehicle was purchased new 1995 it is a Spartan Gladiator chassis with a Darley body. Vehicle has a 400hp 60 Series Detroit engine with an Allison EVS4000 transmission. All fire service dispatch communication devices have been removed and will not be included in the sale of this vehicle. Only the equipment located within the vehicle at the time of bid closing will be included. Service records dating back to 2004 are available upon request to purchaser. Vehicle runs and drives. This apparatus has a 1500 gallon per minute two stage Darley EM fire pump that was last tested on 9/30/2025 before the vehicle was removed from service in January of 2026. It has a 500 gallon steel water tank, dual 15 gallon foam cells. The foam system is a Foam Pro 2002 direct injection foam system. The vehicle was retrofitted in 2002 with a Pneumax Compressed Air Foam System (CAFS). The compressor and all of the components are still located within the vehicle but the system has not been maintained for over 10 years and is most likely not operational. It includes a combination 1,000 watt inverter / 50 amp battery charger. The odometer is not operational and while actual mileage is unknown it is estimated at 175,000 miles. Vehicle was removed from service in January of 2026 and has not had operational checks since. Vehicle started and drove to it's current location with no issues. Only the items pictured will be included with the sale of the vehicle.

Payment required in accordance with PublicSurplus.com requirements. Failure to pick up / remove within 10 days of payment will result in winning bidders/purchasers forfeiture of both payment and item purchased. Acceptance and signatory to Agency Sales Agreement required.

- Price and Terms of Payment. The price of the Equipment shall be the final accepted bid and shall be payable prior to the time of delivery of the Equipment.
- Taxes. Any tax or other governmental charge imposed on the sale of the Equipment shall be paid by Buyer.
- Delivery. Delivery shall be on or before 7 (seven) days post auction closing, and shall be to Buyer at Seller's location.
- Risk of Loss. Risk of loss shall pass to Buyer on close of auction.
- Indemnification. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller, its agents, employees and insurers for any claim for personal injury or property damage resulting from use of the equipment and based on any act or omission of the Seller or its agents and employees.
- Inspection. Buyer has inspected the Equipment and accepts the Equipment in its present condition. The Buyer has been informed of the following defects in the Equipment known to Seller.
- Warranty. The Equipment is sold in an as is condition. Seller makes no warranty express or implied, written or oral regarding the condition of the Equipment and Seller specifically disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Applicable Law. The contract is to be construed according to the laws of the State of Washington.

Vehicle is sold as is, where is, with no warranty for merchantability for any purpose. Buyer assumes all risks. Acceptance of District Bill of Sale in unaltered state required.

Bid Deposits: Marysville Fire District may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers.
PayMac handles all payments for Marysville Fire District.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.
Buyers Premium:A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or the Marysville Fire District will not release the item to you.

The successful bidder will be responsible for the packing, loading and/or transporting of any item(s), if necessary.
