All sales are final.

We are not experts on the items listed for auction. We receive them from multiple sources and are not responsible or accountable for the condition we receive them.
We do not inspect every item to see if it works or the current condition that it is in.
QUESTIONS DURING BIDDING (ie viewing of items, ect):
ALL COMMUNICATION (questions/answers) MUST be posted to the Questions section located in the top right of this page so the information can be shared by all potential bidders of this site.
Questions asked in the final 8 hours of the auction may not be answered.
PAYMENT:
Items must be paid for within 5 business days of the closing date of the auction.
ITEM PICK UP:
Items must be removed from Davis School District Premises within 5 Business days of the Notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment.
The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal ID must be provided at time of pick-up.
THIRD PARTY PICKUP:
if you are out of state, DO NOT BID unless you can come pick up the item(s) in person.
WE WILL NOT SHIP ANY ITEMS.
If you are having a third party picking up an item(s) for you, you MUST send an email from the email address listed on file with Public Surplus before the item(s) are picked up. This should be sent to WSkinner@dsdmail.net. The email MUST include; (1) the name of the buyer listed on the paid receipt, (2) item description, and (3) the first and last name of the person who will be picking up the item(s). This email will serve as the buyer's official release authorization.
The individual picking items up will then need to bring the (1) Paid Receipt (photocopies are acceptable), (2) personal identification (such as a Driver License). These are required or the item(s) will not be released.

Building C-5, Freeport West, Clearfield, UT 84016
Pick up times are Mon - Fri from 7am to 1130am or by appointment.
Appointments are required after 11:30am.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP IN PERSON.
NO SHIPPING IS PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. NO EXCEPTIONS

Davis School District makes no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, as to the condition of items being sold. All items are received from multiple sources and we are not responsible or accountable for the condition of items that we receive. WE DO NOT INSPECT EVERY ITEM TO SEE IF IT WORKS OR THE CONDITION THAT IT IS IN, therefore everything should be considered “USED AND IN UNKNOWN CONDITION” unless stated otherwise. Verifying description and/or condition is the bidder's responsibility. We encourage you to inspect the items yourself before placing a bid.
Only bid on this auction if you are able to pick up within the stated time frame. Any item not paid for and/or picked up will be subject to resale and/or disposal and the bidder being blocked from any future auctions. Davis School District will not refund any buyers the purchase price for any item (s) not picked up within the specified time frame.
Staff will not be available to assist buyers with loading or removal of items. The successful bidder will be responsible for all labor and equipment necessary to safely remove auction items. Davis School District will not be liable for any damage or injury incurred during the removal process.
Sales: All items sold "as-is, where-is". All sales final. No returns or refunds.
Payments: PayMac, handles all payments for Davis School District. Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days of close of auction.
Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyer Premium shall be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.
Notification and Pick Up: All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify Buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from Davis School District's premises within five (5) business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the Davis School District will not release the item to you.
Bid Deposits: Davis School District may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.
Pick Up Hours: Pick up times are from 7 am to 11:30 am. Appointments are required for any time after 11:30. Call 801-402-7622 with any questions. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item. No Davis School District resources are available.
Shipping: No shipping or packaging of items will be provided. All items must be picked up in person.
