All viewing and pickup are by appointment only.
We do not ship items. If you cannot come pick up your items you may send someone else to pick up but that MUST BE COMMUNICATED!!
Viewing and Pickup MUST be done on Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 2:00 P.M. Early and Late visits are not permitted at this site. One week will be allowed for pickup after the closing date of the auction. Special consideration will be taken for holidays. From the time of payment, you will have 1 week to pick up your items. Items not picked up within one week of the closing day will be discarded and/or sold at the discretion of Spring ISD. No refunds will be given.
WE DO NOT INSPECT ITEMS TO SEE IF THEY WORK.
We are not experts on the items listed for auction. We receive them from multiple sources and are not responsible or accountable for the condition we receive them.
All items are sold “as-is, where-is” with no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind, expressed or implied as to the condition, utility, or use-ability of the property offered.
We strongly encourage bidders to inspect items of interest prior to the close of the auction.
Bid Deposits: Spring Independent School District may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers.
PAYMAC, INC handles all payments for Spring Independent School District.
Acceptable forms of payment are Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received before pick-up.
Spring Independent School District may charge a sales tax of 8.25%.
Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify the buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for the removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Removal must occur on days specified by Seller, after notification of award of the winning bid. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or the Spring Independent School District will not release the item to you. A picture will be taken of the successful bidder's ID and checked against the user name on Public Surplus' receipt to ensure that we have given the auction winnings to the correct successful bidder.
Pick-up days and times are in the listing. The facility is not staffed other than the specified days and times.
The successful bidder will be responsible for the packing, loading, and/or transporting of any item(s)in an auction.
