All viewing and pickup are by appointment only.
Viewing and Pickup MUST be done on Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 2:00 P.M. Early and Late visits are not permitted at this site. Two weeks will be allowed for pickup after the closing date of the auction. Special consideration will be taken for holidays. From the time of payment, you will have 2 weeks to pick up your items. Items not picked up within two weeks of the closing day will be discarded and/or sold at the discretion of Spring ISD. No refunds will be given.
THIS SURPLUS ASSET IS BEING SOLD "AS IS", WITH NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
