Up for auction is a lot of misc. PCs, and equipmentThese towers are all missing the hard drive. All other components appear to be included, but functionality is not guaranteed. Lot includes the following:

1 Fortinet Firewall


These items are being sold AS IS and without warranty or guarantee.

The buyer is responsible for pickup and loading at the City of Cottonwood Public Library (ask for John)  - We WILL NOT, help load for pickup, or  ship or arrange to ship this item no exceptions. You can arrange UPS to pick this up, box and ship it for you at your cost.

Inspection of Auction items by appointment only.
PayMac. handles all payments for City of Cottonwood.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card ONLY.
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
City of Cottonwood may charge sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
Businesses purchasing items for resale must present a completed Arizona Resale Certificate (5000A), found at https://azdor.gov/forms, to the City of Cottonwood prior to the time of payment in order to be exempt from sales tax. No exceptions will be made.
A Buyers Premium of 8.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up hours by appointment only and must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
