Viewing of Auction items shall be as designated or by appointment.
Payment must be received within seven (7) days from the Notice of Award from PublicSurplus.com and complete removal of all items must be made within ten (10) days from the Notice of Award.
Payment hours will be as follows:
8:00am-3:30pm Monday through Friday
Pick-up hours by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item.
Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of shipping item(s) if necessary.
Upon receipt of award: By Certified Check, made payable to ISD 625. Send to: Saint Paul Public Schools, Purchasing and Contract Services Department, 360 Colborne Street, Saint Paul, MN 55102
Saint Paul MN sales tax of 7-7/8 % shall be added to all purchases. The buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment to the Saint Paul Public Schools.
A 7% fee for the use of this auction service shall also be added to the price of the item(s).
