BUYER is taking the Property, "AS-IS", without any warranties or representations from King George County or of its supervisors, employees, agents or representatives of any kind ("COUNTY");  COUNTY makes no warranty, guarantee or representation, expressed or implied, of any type or nature, that the Property being sold is in good condition or merchantable or suitable for any purpose whatsoever;  
BUYER shall comply with all laws in taking possession of the property; and  
BUYER hereby waives releases and forever discharges COUNTY from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, and causes of action of every nature and kind arising out of or relating in any way to use of the Property. 

Removal. Buyer must remove auction item(s) within Ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award, AND within Five (5) business days of notification by Public Processing of receipt of payment.  Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Notice of Award. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will King George County assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 8am and4pm, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.  

Paid items NOT removed within 10 business days will accrue storage fee of $50 per calendar day. No items will be released until the storage fees have been paid directly to King George County.  Once storage fees equal the amount of the sales price, the item will be re-sold according to the current surplus policy of King George County In the event of a re-sale, the buyer will not be refunded their purchase price or storage fees.
