Condition: POOR

Sea Biscuit 35 Foot Steel Hulled Commercial Fishing Troller with single marine diesel engine, Construction: Steel, Craft Type: Troller, Manufacturer and manufacture date unknown.

Purchaser is responsible for all repairs and removal of vessel within 90 days unless prior arrangements have been made with the Harbormaster.  Inspection of property is highly recommended.  Bidders agree to physically inspect the property upon which they bid or thereby waive the opportunity to conduct a physical inspection.  In waiving their inspection rights, bidders bear the risk for any gross omissions regarding the functionality of items, failures to cite major missing parts and of restrictions with regards to usage that would have been revealed by physical inspection. Marine Survey described vessel as a “Poor” and a copy of survey is available upon request at email or phone number below. City of Seward may require a bid deposit.

PayMac handles all payments for City of Seward.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.


City of Seward may charge applicable sales tax [7.0%]. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding.

A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.

The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
