Auction winner must post payment within five (5) business days of auction close. Winners that do not post payment for items won will forfeit their auction to the next highest bidder and will be banned from further CUSD auctions.
Coronado Unified will not be responsible for storage of auctioned items. Winning bidders will have five (5) business days after payment is secured to pick up items. If pick up is not done within five (5) business days after payment has posted, the items will be forfeited and a refund will be issued.

Coronado Unified School District will charge a sales tax of 7.75%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
