This listing is for four (4) stackable classroom chairs. Chairs show typical signs of use including scuffs, scratches, and general wear to the plastic seats and backs. Frames appear sturdy and intact. No structural cracks were observed in the plastic seats or backs.

Description:
These child-sized classroom chairs are designed for early learning environments such as preschools, daycare centers, and elementary classrooms. Each chair features a one-piece molded plastic seat and back with a carry handle cutout, supported by chrome-finished metal legs with protective floor caps. Chairs are lightweight, easy to move, and stackable for convenient storage.

The lot includes three (3) blue chairs and one (1) green chair. All chairs are similar in size and design.

Appointments must be scheduled in advance for inspections and pick up.  Appointment hours are 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Monday through Friday.

PAYMENT
PayMac Inc, Surplus handles all payments for FCPS. Payment must be received within 5 business days of close of auction or user will lose the auction and it will be relisted and user could possibly be banned from future auctions. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Buyer Premium: A 7% Buyer Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment. VA Sales Tax (6%) collected on all auctions except vehicles (DMV collects tax on titled items).

AUCTION DEPOSIT
Any item that goes over $500 will require a $50 bid deposit on it.

PICK-UP
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the end of the auction or user will lose the auction and payment. User may be banned from future auctions. A copy of the payment receipt/ receipt email, must be presented at the time of pick up. Pickup hours are Monday-Friday from 7:00am to 2:30pm at Sideburn and Forte Center and 7:00am to 1:30pm at Woodson or Merrifield. If terms are violated there will be no refund. FCPS will not ship auctions. Winner is responsible for shipping. Auction winners are responsible for loading and hauling auctions.
