After paying for your auction items, you will be contacted to schedule an appointment to pick up your items. We do not allow any work or installations to be done on the premises. It is required for you to make an appointment to pick up your items on a scheduled pick-up day and time, if you fail to do so you will forfeit the item, and all payments are made.

We receive items from a number of sources and many cases, condition of property is unknown.

NON-VEHICLE ITEMS: Pick-ups are by Appointment Only. Arrangements must be made with Frankie Medeiros. (ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS OF PAYMENT OR WILL BE DISPOSED OF).

VEHICLES: Pick ups are by Appointment Only and "NO VIEWINGS WILL TAKE PLACE."

Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will Merced County assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping of any items.

REMOVAL: BIDDER SHALL REMOVE ITEM/VEHICLE NO LATER THAN 5 BUSINESS DAYS (5 DAYS AFTER PAYMENT DEADLINE). DEFAULT ON PICK UP WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF ITEM/VEHICLE AND WILL BE RESOLD OR DISCARDED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyer Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.

TAXES: County of Merced's sales tax of 8.25% shall be added to all purchases made.
