By submitting a bid the bidder agrees that they have read, understand and accept these Terms and Conditions.
Auction Item Payment: Payment must be made within five (5) business days from time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award.
Auction Item Pickup: Bidder must remove auction item(s) within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award. If the Buyer, after making payment for an item, fails to remove the item within the specified time, the agency reserves the right to retain any and all payments and re-list the auction.
Abandonment of Auction Item: Auction items paid for but not picked up within the specified time ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award will be considered abandoned. Public Utility District No. 1 of Okanogan County will have the ability to re-list any and all items designated as abandoned with no refund being provided to the user. Please be advised.
Inspection of Auction items by appointment only.
Public Utility District No. 1 of Okanogan County (PUD) may require a bid deposit.
PayMac handles all payments for the PUD. Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
The PUD will charge applicable sales tax [8.3%]. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. PayMac will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.

The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up. The PUD will not prepare, package or ship any item. Please be advised Auction items paid for, but not picked up within the specified time will be considered abandoned. The PUD will have the ability to re-list items designated as abandoned with no refund provided.
