You are bidding on a Hobart Mixer Model H-600 with Attachments.

Known Issues: Works Intermittently

Specs (Provided by AI so may contain mistakes):

The Hobart H-600 is a classic, heavy-duty floor-model planetary mixer. While Hobart now produces the "Legacy" (HL) series, the H-600 remains a legendary workhorse in bakeries and commercial kitchens due to its all-gear transmission and massive durability. Core Specifications Bowl Capacity: 60 Quarts. It can also use 30 or 40-quart bowls if you have the appropriate adapter and down-sized agitators. Motor: 1.5\text{ HP} (Hobart-designed, high-torque). Some later variants or reconditioned units may be listed with a 2 motor. Transmission: 4-speed, gear-driven. This allows for consistent mixing speeds even under heavy dough loads. Attachment Hub: Features a standard #12 taper attachment hub on the front, allowing you to run meat choppers, vegetable slicers, or shredders. Electrical Requirements The H-600 was manufactured in several electrical configurations. You will need to check the data plate on your specific unit to confirm which one you have: Single Phase: Three Phase: 200 or 230 . Amperage: Typically draws between 8 and 10 Amps on a 3-phase 230 circuit, or up to 18 to 20 Amps on a 115 single-phase circuit. Physical Build Dimensions: Approximately 28"x  39" x 56". Weight: Roughly 700 to 750lbs (Net weight). It is a cast-iron beast. Bowl Lift: Usually features a manual hand-crank bowl lift, though some "PBL" models included a Power Bowl Lift. Mixer Capacities (Approximate) Mashed Potatoes: 40\text{ lbs} Cake Batter: 60  lbs Bread/Roll Dough: 80 lbs at 60% Absorption Ratio) Pizza Dough: 40 to 70 lbs(depending on thickness/moisture) Maintenance Note The H-600 uses a planetary oil bath. It typically requires 5 to 7  fluid ounces of specific planetary oil. If the mixer has been sitting or was recently moved, check the sight glass or drain/refill the oil to ensure the gears stay lubricated. If you are looking at one of these for a home shop or small business, verify the Phase—running a 3-phase motor on standard residential single-phase power will require a phase converter or VFD.
