Sold "as-is, where-is without warranties. All METRO logo markings, equipment, and license plates will be removed from transit vehicle prior to release to the winning bidder. Buyers shall be held responsible to file all title transfers and registration documents with their local vehicle registration authority. Buyer is responsible for transport of vehicle.
**Winning Bidders** 1. Must Tow Non-Running Vehicles * Must have proper vehicle/equipment to remove as quickly as possible. 2. No Maintenance will be allowed on Metro property. 3. We will only allow 30 minutes per vehicle to remove from yard. (Management may allow more time for extenuating circumstances).
